Vintage stop light, alternating blinking lights. Turns on by plugging it in, after it warms up a minute or less. Uses a type B bulb, I believe this is the type used for holiday lighting and has a blinking function. Works great. Called Traffic Lite Stoplite, model 49005 by the Lite F/X company. Measures as shown, can be hung on a wall or set on it's side. Our items come from antique stores and auctions, many times we do not know the origin of our lights so some parts may be contemporary while some parts are very antique! Super cool for the Man Cave or a kids room.
